“1Password” now offers a way to share log-in credentials in a secure manner even with people who do not have an account with the service. The tool is called Psst! , which is short for Password Secure Sharing Tool. It is one of the company’s most requested features.
With Psst! you can share credentials with anyone by generating a link containing the information that anyone can access, even if they don’t have a 1Password account. The link can remain active for an hour to 30 days, after which it will automatically expire. In addition, you can choose to share the credentials exclusively with specific people or with anyone with the link. Using the latter option, the recipient will need to verify their email address before access to the account can be granted.
