Gaming, anyone? Today, we write about a startup called ForPlayers. It offers a new wayto play Online games with friends. The USP about this 1 is that it allows players to earn money while playing games. Talk of monetizing playtime.
The basic surmise of ForPlayers is simple enough – players can challenge anyone to play against each other & and receive cash for every win. They can either join existing challenge or create one of their own. Before starting a challenge, players have the option of chatting with their opponents, maybe to lay the groundrules, or whatever.
Then, obviously, start ‘Play’. After the game, the winner gets to collect the prize. You can even get additional rewards for progressing on the leaderboard.
ForPlayers has a wide selection of popular games to select from, now that it is out of beta. There’s Counter Strike, League of Legends & Call of Duty, for example.
The other feature of this new gaming platform is that players can not only challenge other players but can also form teams by inviting friends & colleagues, & then challenge other teams Online.
The trick is the more you play, the more you win, & the higher you get on the Leaderboard. Player rankings are displayed for a day, week or even month.
ForPlayers also has a referral system, which can give referrers “continuous, lifelong” rewards. For every friend you invite, you will receive 1% of the equivalent of his winnings after every game he plays, says the Website. Howzzat?
