Membership platform Patreon has released interesting stats of creators & an increase in their activities following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Patreon said on its official blog that over 30,000 creators had launched in the 1st 3 weeks of March 2020 alone.
Average new patron growth across the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, & Italy was up 36.2% compared to February – an indication that fans were turning to Patreon to support creators during this tough time, it claimed.
