Amazon has launched ‘Alexa Answers‘, which is a crowdsourcing platform in the US where any member of the public can add answers questions to which Alexa does not have an answer.
In such a case, the famous digital voice assistant will add,”This answer was by an Amazon customer”.
Amazon Answers was in beta but has now been thrown open.
What’s more, every time Alexa uses a customer’s answer, he/she will earn points, which we presume, can be used for shopping on Amazon, though it’s not clearly mentioned on the website.
