‘Knowleey’ is knowledge base tool that lets you quickly build FAQ pages

If you’re a software developer, an important check list task is to create a knowledge base & FAQ pages for your apps. With this new tool you can hand this task off to Knowleey & save on developer hours as well as support staff costs, by using this professionally coded auto updating service.

Knowleey is easy to use & is fully customizable. The company doesn’t impose fixed designs or themes on Knowleey users, with no predefined themes. You can provide your own theme or ask them to prepare one for you by sending an example URL or custom specs.

1 of its most powerful features, especially for apps with global ambitions, is its powerful multi-language support with its capability to manage knowledge bases for different languages. You can create as many languages as you need without restrictions & every language gets a different prefix in the URL.

According to Haris Bašić, the Bosnia & Herzegovina-based developer behind this new startup, Knowleey will cut your support emails & phone calls by letting your customers have access to searchable FAQs. Besides offering customization by “fitting Knowleey to your page’, it offers CNAME & iFrame integration & is multi-user & multi-language. He also claims that a typical low-budget startup development company can save US $20,000 in wages on a production app.

As can be seen in its pricing page, Knowleey has just been released & is now available as an open Beta for a 14 day free trial. You can acquire its ‘Pro’ package on a subscription basis from this same page for US$ 12.99/month. It includes unlimited categories & questions, subdomain support, unlimited languages & users, & of course, search.

It should be noted that a number of plugins: Theme, Users & Multilanguage come with the free trial & that you should buy them if you want to continue using them (by purchasing a subscription).
