Instagram Rolls Out Subscription to More Countries – Social Media

Instagram is expanding its subscription feature to more creators around the world, following a successful launch in the US last year.

Eligible creators in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Spain, and the United Kingdom will soon have access to subscriptions and the opportunity to earn recurring monthly income through support from their fans. The company plans to continue rolling out access globally in the coming months.

With Instagram subscriptions, creators can deepen their connections with their most engaged followers and generate monthly income by offering exclusive content and benefits. Creators can set a monthly price of their choice, unlock a “subscribe” button on their profile, and provide various perks to their subscribers. The goal is to build a community and engage with subscribers in different ways through sharing exclusive content across multiple formats.
