In India, there’s some sort of an “anti-China”, & perhaps the app, “Remove China Apps” was a result of that. Anyway, Google has removed this top trending app in India. It was downloaded over 5 million times since late May. What it could do was detect & easily delete apps developed by Chinese firms. Google, by way of explanation, said the app violated Google Play Store’s Deceptive Behaviour Policy.

The top trending app in India, which was downloaded more than 5 million times since late May and enabled users to detect and easily delete apps developed by Chinese firms, was pulled from marquee app store for violating Google Play Store’s Deceptive Behaviour Policy, TechCrunch has learned.
