Google Grasshopper desktop

Since it was introduced in April 2018, millions of people have used their phones to access Google Grasshopper’s coding lessons. Now, this learn code platform is available on your desktop.

Google said the same Grasshopper beginner-centered learning environment will be accessible on desktop or laptop computers.

Google Grasshopper desktop has 2 new classes specifically designed for your laptop or desktop: Using a Code Editor, & Intro to Webpages.

Our Intro to Webpages course includes a new project-based curriculum focused on building and designing a website from the ground up. We teach beginner coders the Javascript fundamentals necessary to build a website, as well as new HTML and CSS-based coursework. After just four courses, beginner coders will understand how to build a simple webpage.
