ChatGPT passes Wharton exam – AI

According to a recent research paper, chatbot ChatGPT has succeeded in a test at the Wharton Business School.

The AI system “has shown a remarkable ability to automate some of the skills of highly compensated knowledge workers in general and specifically the knowledge workers in the jobs held by MBA graduates including analysts, managers, and consultants,” according to a researcher from Wharton, Professor Christian Terwiesch.

Operations Management, a core course in the Wharton MBA program, had a final test, & ChatGPT performed “amazingly,” providing answers that were both accurate and “outstanding” in their justifications.

“ChatGPT3 is exceptionally adept at changing its responses in response to suggestions from users. In other words, Chat GPT3 was able to fix itself after obtaining a relevant advice from a human expert in cases when it first failed to match the problem with the proper solution approach. According to this performance, Chat GPT3 would have scored between a B and a B- on the test, the study found.
