Amazon has decided to start a certificate course for developers building voice-enabled applications for Amazon Echo or other Alexa-powered devices. It’s called the “AWS Certified Alexa Skill Builder – Specialty certification.”
It validates a candidate’s ability to build, test, and publish Amazon Alexa skills.

- Design the architecture to build the skill
- Follow AWS & Alexa security best practices for the skill
- Develop, test, validate, & troubleshoot the skill
- Manage the skill-publishing process & work with the Alexa Developer Console
