‘Zittly’ is customer experience chatbot you can use instead of survey forms – #bots

A customer facing product Web page is never finished without including a survey form, or is it? Zittly lets you use a chatbot which asks friendly open ended questions to elicit actionable customer satisfaction answers from your customers.

Customers are usually happy to provide you with feedback, but traditional feedback forms tend to stifle your customers’ ability to speak by presenting them with rigidly structured forms. Often, they are overwhelmed by the sheer volume of questions, many of which are totally irrelevant metrics that don’t really speak to the actual user experience & don’t engage with the customer. This results in you losing actionable feedback.

The makers of this product say that zittly is a chatbot “built to listen”. You create a few open-ended questions to encourage the customers to speak. Then zittly asks those questions through a friendly text chat & listens to them, even responding when the user input is not meaningful. It also handles spam inputs.

So you’re basically getting out of your customers’ way & letting them speak, meanwhile encouraging them to open up. That way you’ll discover surprising truths about your products & services that you would not otherwise get from forms. Zittly claims that this will result in higher conversions & customer loyalty.

1 of the results of interacting this way with your customers will be that you will wind up knowing “the one thing that your customers like / dislike about you, & improve on it”.

What’s more, you’ll save time & money on designing & beautifying forms. A typical time to create a new product survey custom bot is about a minute. Once your customers’ answer their questions you’ll be able to see their responses easily through your user account in a structured tabular format.

Zittly was founded by Texas, USA-based developer & entrepreneur Naveen Pacha. Naveen has always said all businesses need somebody to listen to their customers & that a chatbot that knows how to listen can be an important asset. Pricing for zittly is free for all plans while it’s in beta, until February 2017.
