‘Sharing Buttons’ is a fast social media sharing button generator tool. It provides very easy steps in generating share buttons with absolutely no JavaScript knowledge requirement. With its simple user interface, users can now share to their desired social networks easily & fast.

Sharing Buttons will not go away for a while, we think. This is due to the default social media sharing scripts provided by the networks. The Sharing Buttons code generator outputs social media sharing buttons that do not use JavaScript. This means they load incredibly fast because they only use a single HTTP request. They also do not halt your Website from rendering, thus are accessible & they don’t track the user. It also has an incredible user interface.

By using Sharing Buttons, the developers claim, you can save approximately 64.08 kilobytes of memory & 5 HTTPS requests. The buttons are sized using ‘em’ units. Therefore, the only step to change the size of the buttons is to set the font-size property of the .resp-sharing-button class & there you have it. Using these buttons is as easy as copying the HTML code into your .html files, & the CSS code into your .css file.

With the availability of a wide range of globally known social media platforms, Sharing Buttons provides you with already written HTML & CSS codes. And the catch? Well, these codes can be accessed by just a click of a button.

For example, if you want to share on Facebook, you would just click on the Facebook share button. After that, the sharing HTML code appears just below. For further editing of the share button layout, you click on the desired size you would want it to be & it would generate its code for you. Same applies to the icon layout.

Sharing Buttons is licensed under the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) license. Its developer is Maximilian Stoiber.
