Barely 2 days after the launch of its eagerly awaited Apple Watch, iTunes & App Stores suffered a major outage in many parts of the world on Wednesday. It was not immediately clear why so.
Later in the day, Apple was quoted by CNBC as saying: We apologize to our customers experiencing problems with iTunes and other services this morning. The cause was an internal DNS error at Apple. We’re working to make all of the services available to customers as soon as possible, and we thank everyone for their patience.
