Social network Facebook said Monday that a “continuous live video” API was coming soon to Facebook’s broadcast partners. This, it said, would allow them to keep streaming beyond the 90-minute time limit, for 24-hour-a-day views of nature, landmarks. FB was currently running a small test of continuous ‘live’ streaming, & hoped to make it available more broadly in the coming weeks.
