There’s some cheer for gamers.
Intel & Overwolf, the app store for PC-based gamers, have floated a developers fund of US $7 million worth. The fund provides between $10K & $500K for each approved developer, “depending on their needs & the value of their suggested project.” Initially, the investment will be a grant. If the app monetizes, they hope to get the money back through rev-share.
