This new application helps you find emails, notes or files for which you may not remember a keyword or a date for it. It “understands” you when you use vague language to search across email or through your personal cloud: Evernote, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc. It has AI tech built-in, like a “predictive insights” feature that recognizes emails containing important requests, like those from your boss, & forwards them to your Facebook Messenger or Slack.
Among Findo’s most interesting features is the @findo bot, which is a collaboration tool that aims to help people in a group work effectively by letting them find & share info without leaving their favorite communications platform (Slack, Skype, Telegram & Facebook Messenger).
Other features help to make Findo a helpful tool for making sense of the great amount of data all of us keep all over the place in the Cloud, & for which there is currently no single good solution:
- You can search through email, files, tickets, contacts, bookings, etc. from multiple sources
- Search using descriptions with human-like language
- Intelligent search filters: invoice, presentation, link, agenda, meeting recap, phone number, etc.
- With your emails you can open, reply, forward, create tasks or star them
- You can open files in the sources & then download them on the device
- You can share links
