Integrate ‘PhotoEditor’ SDK into your apps for quick photo editing

‘PhotoEditor’ SDK is a customizable photo editor that you can integrate into you HTML5, iOS or even Android apps. In addition, it has a versatile editing section which allows you to edit photos quickly.

According to the developers, PhotoEditor SDK is “a multifaceted overlay tool”. It has a set of 20 preset overlay assets. Therefore, you can use it to create neat lighting effects or even furnish your pictures with textures. In addition, you can expand the tool’s library by importing & configuring your set of overlay assets.

Filters have gained a lot of popularity over the past few years since they help you create a certain mood or atmosphere using your pictures. With this in mind, PhotoEditor SDK has integrated over 60 handcrafted filters for you which you can preview on your photos.  Also, the tool’s API not only allows you to expand this filter library by letting you use your own set of custom filters but also enables you to define your visual language.

The PhotoEditor SDK also has an adjustment section. This is a section with intuitive tools such as brightness, contrast & clarity. This section invites for exploration & experimentation, hence enabling novices & experts to edit their images easily. The tool’s developers also claim that this section allows for non-destruction operations in photo editing. Therefore, it allows you to revise the visuals you are editing & amplify your approach in Content creation.

The tool has also integrated the cropping, flipping & rotation of photos in one section. Additionally, it has various preset crop ratios. Other than this transform section, the PhotoEditor SDK allows you to quickly add text to your pictures using the robust text feature. Furthermore, you can easily expand their font library to your will.

The PhotoEditor SDK comes with a sticker library & a frame tool. The latter works with any of your photo sizes & comes in a flexible & static frame tool. In addition, its UI is ideal for both mobile & the web & is white labeled to ensure it blends with any of your services.  Luckily for iOS users, the iOS SDK offers video capturing.

This tool is developed under img.ly whose CEO is Eray Basar & the CTO is Daniel Hauschildt. The startup’s headquarters are in Bochum, Germany.
