Social network Orkut.com, has finally brought out ‘Hello’, a new social app, from beta & officially launched it in India.
Hello was reportedly in beta phase for a long time but finally has emerged. We had reported its beta launch.
“Hello brings people together around their interests to create positive, meaningful, authentic connections & sustained social engagement”, the company said in a statement. Headquartered in San Francisco, USA, & with a development office in Mountain View, California, the company has grown to a team of 20.
Some of the features of the app, include a way of helping users connect with people in their neighborhood. It has communities to join which are based on user interests. Users can create & share ideas & experience to build connections. Some Online reports said the founder was looking out for funding now.
