The 1st category was collaboration & it featured tools that should help groups of individuals work better together. An example is Asana which puts group tasks & group conversations together. This is inherently easier than using emails.
The 2nd category was market research. These are tools that can show the current state of the market in regards to particular products & niches. One such tool is SimilarWeb which provides market intelligence.
The 3rd & final category was Surveys. People could use the tools in this category to collect information from their customers & analyze what it meant. An example of such a tool is Survey Monkey.
