Venmo has released this debit card that works like any other bank card. That is, you can use it practically anywhere offline, except that it works with your Online Venmo account, too.

- You can re-up your balance – If you’re running out of funds on your Venmo account, you can turn on reloads using your app by linking the account to a funding source, like a bank account, & your balance will be updated in US $10 increments.
- ATM access – If you need to make a cash withdrawal you can make them at no cost from your Venmo account at MoneyPass ATMs in the US, which is convenient if you have it linked to other funding sources.
- You can do swipe-free shopping with the Venmo card’s contactless payment capability. You can also choose from a choice of 6 different colors for your card & you can easily activate it from the Venmo app.
The Venmo app & card uses PayPal’s legendary Online security infrastructure & your account information remains private & protected, including scan protection. You can keep track of your finances, always knowing what you’ve bought & from whom, what you owe & what friends owe you.
A “Don’t panic” button is included in the Venmo app for when you misplace or lose your card. It disables the card & you can easily re-enable it if you find it. Another interesting feature of the app is that you can add notes to your shared payments using emojis or comment or like your friends’ stories on social media.
