Of late, micro blog Twitter has been trying out some features to draw in more traffic & keep users hooked. Late July, it had a new Home Page for all unlogged users. Now, it is said to be experimenting with adding a ‘News’ tab for US & Japanese users.
The experimental feature, said Online reports, was part of Twitter’s effort to make its best Content easy to find. The ‘News’ tab can be found in the middle of the app’s navigation bar. When clicked on, it thows up a list of headlines that are trending on the platform, & clicking on any of those will take you to a screen with an image, headline, block of text from the story, & the top tweets discussing it.
