Twitter’s working on 2 plans, including a pay-to-follow model where users could get exclusive Content from some of the platform’s most influential accounts for a fee.
Twitter said on Thursday that the 1st feature called”Super Followers” will allow users to subscribe to their favorite Twitter accounts for Content going beyond the usual tweets. This, then, could be anything: from newsletters to videos. Super Follows will allow influencers to charge followers for these Content bits.
The other feature it will soon introduce will be “Communities”. This will be somewhat like Facebook Groups, & will allow users to join groups around their favorite topics.
