You can’t shut or minimize the app till the focus session is over. In case you are tempted to do so, your session will fail & that would show poorly on your success rate stats. Moreover, the app is on for the entire duration, but it doesn’t affect your battery consumption since the screen is dimmed. To improve your attention, it blocks your phone & other distractions.
Are you habituated to checking your smartphone just before hitting the bed to ‘simply check’ what’s happening across the globe & or in your friends’ lives?
