The app provides metrics for client interaction with any app. They have an aptly named ‘rage button’ reporting tool, which tells the app management where a user has clicked a link or button on-site without result.
The interface is video-based, providing app-owners with visual data of user interaction. These interactions are labeled & event tracked, so as to inform developers & app-owners on all problematic areas using transparent data aimed at improving user experience & customers satisfaction.
Essentially, the following information is available via the app.
- Why users get lost on site; bad navigation links, inoperable click areas, or unresponsive ‘close’ buttons.
- Why users fail to complete orders; abandoned shopping carts, not selecting payment methods, so & so forth.
- Why surfers leave the Site without interacting
Moreover, all recordings aim to offer complete information about specific users’ navigation from outset to finish. Also, visitor interactions are recorded & labeled individually giving the Site owner unlimited real time insights into the manner a visitor uses Web tools & exactly what might be wrong during an on-Site experience.
In addition, event management tools are tracked automatically. All a site-owner needs to do is add Smartlook’s SDK. The app offers “conversion funnels” for a better understanding of “drop-offs”, while automatic event tracking helps with visual pin-points defining the exact minute a user quits the app.
This captured information is exposed to Smartlook’s intuitive data filters that provide geolocation information as well as exact in-app pain zones, this information can be used to improve app conversion rates.
As of now, the beta version offers a free starter option.
