‘PieSync’ enables automated syncing of contacts across Cloud apps

piesyncIf you’re running a business, especially if you’re a startup in the tech space, you’re no doubt using a hodgepodge of Cloud apps devoted to CRM, marketing, accounting, support… & you’re also well aware of the hassle involved in keeping track of contacts independently in each app.

PieSync seeks to solve this sticky problem by providing a “just set it & forget it” service that keeps your contacts synced in real time between Cloud apps, claiming that it can be set up & running in 3 minutes.

PieSync’s platform connects a large number of professional B2B services & seamlessly syncs them. The aim is to let professionals be more productive by facilitating them a better connected infrastructure based on the combined power of their favorite Cloud apps.

According to this Ghent, Belgium-based startup, there are 3 main reasons for you to put piesync to use:

It’s pretty simple to get started with piesync. You can start with their  free trial, select amongst the wide array of supported apps that you’d like to connect & “Start syncing”. You have control over the sync direction & can set filters to specify subsets of contacts to sync, whether you sync unsubscribes & deletions, & finally use their dashboard to check on how many contacts have been processed.

Currently, piesync supports syncing 40+ popular Cloud applications out of the box, with another 20+ in the development pipeline for the next few months. Users can also request new app syncing support by contacting the company. Some of the more popular currently supported services are: Office 364/OItlook.com, Base CRM, FreshBooks, Hubspot/Hubspot CRM, Infusionsoft, MailChimp, Podio, Quickbooks, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zendesk, Google Contacts…
