They have a database solution which promises to divide & conquer all processes aimed at better client management in one product.

This new CRM platform claims to offer easy-to-use marketing & sales tools. Whether it’s SMS or email communication, FunFirst claims to have it covered. Manual or automated, this tool claims to make customer contact simple & convenient. Building an audience for business is the aim here & the tools are easy to use.

The database foundation for the system allows for the listing of contacts, products, companies & more. The data may be ‘imported’ or ‘exported’ from the system, giving the user control over method of addition & type of data needed. Once the data is all in 1 central system the sorting of data becomes a breeze. Over & above, a company’s data may be accessed from any device with a browser. No need to carry a laptop around, client information will be available on a smartphone.

Online sales interfaces with a GoPay payment gateway are also on offer, & the ability to present an Online platform for business through forms, invoicing structures & order tracking facilities. This means that any business can have an Online presence up & running in minutes, & be able to manage their sales promptly & efficiently.

Funfirst’s offers free starter plan for 100 contacts & 2 users without data import ability. However, it’s still in beta. Nevertheless, they claim that each plan will offer differing levels of support & equipment.

Founders Jakub Gause & Jiří Žižka, both developers, have put together an informative Website for their product.

Customers are, after all, the core of any enterprise, FunFirst is offering the opportunity to make them come 1st in the easiest manner possible.
