‘Semanti.ca’: Here, Content is indeed King – #Startups

web scanning

How many times have you clicked on a Website for a breaking news only to be greeted by pop-up adverts, or more annoying auto-play videos, the distractive & loud Web design or a font that is not easy on the eye?

Chances are such distractions may discourage you to read further or you may spend considerable time getting to the real Content after battling the clutter.

Well, semanti.ca promises to get you out of the woods. Its prerogative is to scan through each Web article loaded on its browser & extract only the Content. The Artificial Intelligence-powered app scans the Web sifts through the information & retains only the Content, images, caption, tags, etc, vis-à-vis humans.

Semanti.ca has been trained on 1000s of Web pages. The app extracts key phrases & Content, & then classifies them according to IPTC media topics taxonomy.

However, if owing to some reason the app is not able to read an article, it will display an error message; examples of which are described in the error section of the Website.

You can choose 1 of 3 current pricing plans or opt for a free test plan after putting in a request.

As per the company’s LinkedIn page, it was founded in the year 2016 and is headquarted in Quebec, Canada.
