‘Prism’ puts a useful augmented reality app on your iPhone

If you’ve ever been in a situation where you’d like to get detailed information about objects or places around you, like faces on a billboard, foreign language signs, paintings or sculptures by well-known artists that you just don’t remember… then a machine vision app on your phone, coupled with augmented reality (AR), would be the just the ticket.

Prism is a free iOS app that can display information on your screen about nearby places in AR, identify just about anything & translate text in the phone’s camera view.
