Co-planning a reunion? Ease your event management with this Web-app – #Startups

Be it picnics, reunions or meetings, a lot goes into an event management process; with planning, time management, use of resources, all smartly coordinated so as to guarantee the success of any event. ‘Vrixe’ is an event planning Web-app which can be added via a browser; Chrome, Safari, Firefox, as a bookmark. It can also be added to a device with a widget which is similar to a standard app.

To start utilising the Web-app, the user needs to set up a personal profile. Then, you can start creating events which are listed on the app either publicly or privately. However, private listings are only viewable via passkey authorization.

Moreover, events can also be shared directly with predefined groups, thereby allowing users to send out specific invites. Furthermore, teams can use the app to co-ordinate & schedule events as a group. The Web-app offers tools to set outlines & plan time management.

Besides, event analytics show statistics on invite statuses, event listing views & more. This gives an insight into popularity of listed events. In addition, publicly listings are searchable. Anyone within the Vrixe community can look up events within a general or filtered category, such as events which might be on offer for a particular date or at a specific time.

Further, updates to event status creates publicly or privately viewable add-ons to the listings. Therefore, anyone involved can stay current on status at all times. These event listings are displayed with title, date, description, an image, over a large map with location pinned. The design is responsive too & looks just as good on any device be it a mobile or a desktop.

Vrixe has a clean intuitive UI with clearly defined sections for events you may be interested in, additions, notifications, invite & so forth. So, users can get an overview on status at a glance & see specifics in a click.
