Plan your to-do list with ‘Taskade’ – #Startup

‘Taskade’ is a to-do list & task manager. It is a collaborative platform where you get to organize your daily goals, ideas & tasks. This extension enables you to easily plan how you are going to get things done in a fast & smart way.

How to use Taskade

According to its developers, Taskade is quite simple to use. With this tool, you can create a list of the goals, daily tasks & goals to be captured. In addition, you can share your plans with family, friends & your teams as well.

However, if you would like to use Taskade with members of your team, you must 1st create a new space, then invite your team to it. With this feature, it makes the tool quite convenient to use. This means that the team you invite will fully access the lists in the space. The access by different members of the team facilitates quick completion time for projects.

Taskade lists are kept in the space where they are created. This makes it easy to locate your lists at a later date after creating them. In addition, once you create a list, it will be accorded a hidden & invisible status by default. This means that no one can see what you plan on doing unless you share with them your lists. Therefore, you don’t have to panic even if you log out before setting the privacy status for your to-do list & you will be the one to decide which people will access your activities.

The current Taskade’s version is free, but this is because it only contains the very basic features. For the Taskade Pro version, users will have to incur some costs to enjoy the added new features such as customizations, themes, & file attachments.

Currently, Taskade is only available on Web browsers. However, the developers claim that an Android & IoS version will roll out soon. However, the Taskade extension can be used for mobile Chrome browser.

The extension is created by John Xie who is also the CEO. The startup’s headquarters are in Kirkland, United States.
