Now text away with AI powered avatars – New app

messaging appWhat’s more exciting than sharing your animated avatar with friends. An avatar that resembles you, emotes like you & copies your actions, too. ‘Chudo’ messaging app on Android offers to add fun to your otherwise mundane texting. The app is based on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The messaging app turns the user into Chumoji, a character which can then be sent back & forth to indicate some emotions. Also since the Chumojis are created in real time, they are much more likely to display an accurate depiction of your emotions. You can also record a 3-D sticker with the app. All you need to do is just use the red button availed for chats. With all these, it is important to realize that for the user to effectively communicate with another person via the app, that other party must also have the Chudo messaging app on their phone.

Nonetheless, if none of the user’s friends are using the app, they can still make use of it. An individual can effectively create a “Chumoji” video using the in-app camera. After that, these videos can be shared on various social media platforms. & will thus require the user to have an high-end phone to operate.

Also for it to be compatible to a device the user has to be using a version of Android that is either 7.0 or up. Currently, this limits just how many users the platform can have, but that is certain to change over time as people upgrade to newer & newer models. Chudo also comes with some in-app purchases so a user should be prepared to pay a certain amount to get full use of the platform.

The messaging app was created by Magic Unicorn Inc. a company that also created MakeApp.
