The watch connects to your smartphone with the free Health Mate app, so you can monitor trends to help you improve over time & join wellness programs. A small, discrete notification screen is embedded on the analog watchface, & you can use a discrete switch disguised as a crown to change from a continuous heart rate monitor to a digital watch, to seeing daily stats on steps distance & heart rate, & even get text, call & event notifications.
