Keep track of your visits to real world places – New app

location appCan’t recall the name of the patisserie where you had that amazing cheese cake just last week? Now with this location app called ‘Visits’, you will.

The app helps the user locate a place – be it a restaurant or even a shoe store. In that sense, it is a cross between the virtual & real worlds. This new location app collects location information for iPhone users in the background using little battery life. Visits builds a personal timeline of all the places you’ve been. It’s automatic, energy efficient and private.

Users can review all the places they have been to, & the time they spend on a map. Users can zoom in & out, pan & swipe the map. The places visited will be identified by a marker. The number on the marker increases every time the user revisits it. You can tap on the marker to get more details about that place.

So who exactly is it helpful for?

According to the Visits Website, Video professionals & Vloggers who often travel to different locations to get the right shot can use this app for their benefit. Visits can help them keep track of all the locations they’ve been & how much time they’ve spent at each location.

This app can also be beneficial to real estate agents & legal professionals. Visits allows them to keep a tab of all the locations & also to keep track of how much time they’ve spent at meetings.

Here are some of Visits main features:

* No hidden in-app purchases or subscriptions.
* See a timeline of all the places you’ve been, as a list or on a map.
* Check out the exact duration of your visit & of course the number of times you’ve been there.
* The best part – get directions to previous locations.
* Add custom names for all the places.
* Helps stop tracking specific locations.
* Remove a single visit.

The app will only work on iOS version 11.4 or later. Users need to pay a one-off purchase price to download the app.
