The Web tool allows users to include their full name, their job description, & contact information. Also, the user can upload a profile photo if they feel it necessary. They are likewise at liberty to share what company they work for & their Website.
An additional feature is that the user can include links to his/her social media pages. EmailSignature allows for a total of 16 social media links. While disclaimers in emails are not a common occurrence one can still include them. If the sender has an app or apps that they feel the receiver should download then a section is available just for that. Once all that information is put in, the app will present a preview of what the signature would look like before the user gives the go-ahead for its creation.
The app is mainly available in 3 different languages. That is English, Spanish & Portuguese. The interface is quite simple & does not require a user to have programming knowledge.
