B12 builds Websites, & promises to do them quick. Founded by Nitesh Banta, & Adam Marcus in 2015, this startup uses an AI tool called ‘Orchestra’ to develop Websites in a unique & intuitive manner.
Orchestra is open source & is meant to be used as a ‘‘human assisted” tool. In other words, although the robot builds the Website – creating sections which require repetitive tasking – a human designer can, subsequently, be brought on board to effect the more complex or creative elements, ensuring as B12 puts it – a unique, personally branded Website.
The idea behind the software application is that for each type of Website, a subset of elements already exist, meaning that B12 can use these factors to create a pre-populated theme for a required design based on the category it fits into, fast. Once the initial design is formulated, B12, gives users the opportunity to play around with the structure & Content by editing elements to fit personal requirements. Possible edits include changing the text, colors, fonts & images in the original design, as well as altering the general layout sections. If the DIY approach doesn’t suit you, B12 has a team of experienced designers & engineers on hand to put your requirements into effect, without the necessity of getting your ‘hands dirty’.
If you already have assets available Online such as social media pages, old Websites, or files, B12, automatically finds these resources, using the Web scraping tools, & includes these in your theme, making it altogether easier to have the necessary Content on your Website.
Once the building is complete, B12 offers ongoing support in the form of monthly reports on your Site’s performance. The team has a transparent pricing structure available to view on their Website, & promise to cut the costs of agency designed Sites by a substantial margin. For e-commerce solutions, the app offers to integrate their design with either Shopify or Ecwid, both of which are DIY, Online selling solutions.
