An efficient way to backup notes every 3 seconds – #Startups

[sg_popup id=”12″ event=”onload”][/sg_popup]Ever needed to work on a Word document or take notes on your computer? Having to hit the ‘Ctrl’ a& ‘S’ buttons every few minutes can be quite a chore, not to mention, quite easy to forget. For people living in power outage prone areas, it can be even more of a hassle. Take the example of a person using a desktop PC to draft a Word document. In case there is an electrical malfunction they are sure to lose some of their work. There are few solutions for this kind of problem. A power backup can be quite handy in these cases but it can also be quite expensive.

The ‘Wrish’ notepad is an inexpensive solution to the problem. The new Web tool is similar to Microsoft Word & notepad in a couple of ways. There are a few heading styles. Also included are some document manipulation features such as the italics, bold & underline buttons. This would give the user a lot of freedom to edit their documents. In addition to the above, there are numbering & bullet point features.

So what makes this so different from the desktop notepad app? The app has an autosave feature that saves documents Online every 3 seconds. This makes it virtually impossible to lose anything substantial.

Given the case that someone might also want to share their work on Wrish, there’s also the added advantage of link sharing capabilities. 1 only needs to use the dedicated button at the top right of their window to copy the link & paste it wherever they want. In the case that the user doesn’t want any editing to be done on their document, they can easily activate the read-only mode.

Anyone wishing to use the app will not be required to pay for any of its services as the notepad is absolutely free. Wrish is currently based in Panama City, Panama. The tool was unveiled in early 2018 though there is little to no information available about the team responsible for its creation.
