PPT! Who hasn’t used it at least once in his lifetime. Microsoft’s PowerPoint is 1 of the most used presentation tools across business domains globally. But with time, executives are finding alternate ways to make their presentations. These new guns seem to have some innovative features (how else will they toe up to PPT).

Here are the 6 alternatives to PowerPoint:

Visme

Prezi

While traditional presentation comes as monotonous slide by slide, here in Prezi, the style is conversational. Hence, it is more like a collaboration with the audience. Here’s 1 more alternative to PowerPoint. Libre Office is a free & open source software provided by The Document Foundation. The whole suite came into the market in 2010. It uses the international ISO/IEC standard Open Document file format (ODF) as its native format to save documents for all of its applications. It also has the provisions and the file layouts of most other main office suites, including MS Office, through a diversity of import/export filters. Within Libre Office, Impress is a versatile tool for creating & editing slides as it has multiple modes – Normal, Outline, Notes, Handout, & Slide Sorter. It has been highly appreciated by the users as this freely sourced software is easy to use in Linux also.
