I shall illustrate using an example. Say the week-end is coming up & you have some free time. Based on the observations it has made in the past on what you have done over week-ends, Saga will throw up suggestions. So, if you have done rock climbing before, here's what this App will say: Go to X mountains or Y place at Z location for rock climbing this week-end.
So in a sense, your past is linked to your present & your future because of Saga, like real life is. Only, this App is smart enough to put 2 & 2 together.
Here's some more things that this App claims to do:
* Automatically record where you are, what you are doing
* Learn more about your daily habits, your commuting pattern & so on
* Check out what's nearby where you are, & then suggest things you could be doing
* Discover more of the world around you
* Share your discoveries with friends using Social Networks
The thing about Saga is that unlike other Smartphone Apps, you do not need to ever check-in. There are sensors in this App that pick up everything. It does collect location data from your iPhone, though.
Saga is a Free App but as of now, it is by invitation only. If you wanna download this App, you need to 1t register. A few questions are asked for the special invitation to be sent out to you. Besides an iPhone, this also works on an iPad.
The App, released earlier this year, has been developed by the Seattle, US-based A.R.O. Inc, which has so far, designed & developed many more such Apps.
