Use ‘Kukie’ bot to reach your potential customers & build your business – #bots

diky

‘Kukie’ is a smart bot for Facebook Messenger that recommends startup resources that you can use to build your business. This bot suggests to you over 300 resources & articles across 40 categories. It acts as your friend in that it responds to your queries.

The Kukie bot has been built without using any code, hence makes it easy to manage. Therefore, its developers are able to update its AI in real time to ensure there is an engaging experience between the bot & the user. Having trained the bot for 3000 phrases, the conversation you have with the bot is well structured.

Kukie bot has the following defined answers:
i. Welcome message & a default message which is displayed when the bot doesn’t understand your question.
ii. Conversational answers for queries such as “Hi Kukie” & “Who are you”.
iii. Top level answers for queries like “Marketing tools”, & “Technology stacks”.
iv. Detailed answers for queries like “Mobile analytics”, “Deployment tools”.

For example if you asked, “I want to get users on my app”. The bot will show you the marketing block with subcategories asking you what you want to check out. For starters, Kukie will help you navigate in your bot.

By learning from your interactions the bot will keep your conversations fresh & relevant. With that, you will not need to explain yourself every time you saying something. The developers have therefore included basic commands like Help, Home & Settings. This means that the more you use the bot the more it becomes intelligent & as the developers claim makes it a “a better friend” to you.

Kukie was built on Chatfuel, a platform for drag & drop bot making for Facebook & Telegram. It is developed by Rishabh & Aditya Ahluwalia who is CEO & Co- founder of DIKY , which is a location based people discovery app. It was launched in June 2016 & is located in Gurgaon, Delhi.
