London, UK-based marketing firm ‘Exponea’ banks on Artificial Intelligence (AI) & automation for marketing campaigns, especially in the e-commerce sector. It’s basically an ‘all-in-one’ platform for the acquisition, conversion & retention of customers.

Under the umbrella of its offerings, these guys give various packages that can help improve customer experience. What Exponea does is run automated campaigns independent of a company’s IT department. Among its various features is advanced analytics in the Cloud, for example. This gets an overview of how individual customers behave each time they visit a store. With this information, marketing campaigns tend to be easier to create & dispatch.
