An app to help manage your entire business? Yes. For most, an app like this would make their lives a whole lot easier. Plutio is that app & it currently works on 3 types of devices namely Android, iOS, & Windows 10 PCs.
It all began when founder Leo Bassam found it a hassle to constantly have to switch between apps in order to effectively manage his freelance business. It’s for this reason that he came up with the idea of Plutio.
This new app has many unique features. At the very beginning of the business process, Plutio allows users to create proposals & contracts. The app even includes a drag & drop feature to aid in proposal drafting. Once created, users can track them to the recipients & check whether they have been signed or approved. The platform can even automate the process of creating invoices as well as projects once the proposal has been approved.
Another interesting feature is project management. Users can view all of their current projects at any time as well as keep an eye on the progress of each one of them. If the user thinks they might encounter similar projects in future they are at liberty to save a template thereby making later projects easier. It is also possible to collaborate with others. The admin can assign tasks & even ask for input from their clients. All this should lead to better output in each project.
Time tracking also features on the app. A lot of people charge by the hour for the services they offer. Having a way to compute that would be of immense help when it comes to billing the clients. Incidentally, an invoice can be created & sent to the clients on the same platform. The said invoices can be tracked, manipulated to cater for discounts & even marked as paid once the client has done that. What’s more, users can link various payment methods allowing them to receive & send payments easily & securely.
When a single user has more than 1 business they don’t have to worry about getting another subscription. The same log-in can support a few businesses at a time. That said a 14-day free trial will allow users to experience all aspects of the platform before actually paying the required fees. Plutio can be used worldwide as it currently supports 25 of the most common languages.
