‘Staatup’ is simplest way to discover startups – #Startup

find startups

Every day 100s of interesting startups are born, & if you’re lucky you might stumble upon 1 that through sheer ingenuity & innovation could turn out to be a world class enterprise. Some of these raise millions of dollars in seed funding within days of launching, but finding them can be difficult & time consuming. Staatup steps in to help you easily find startups with a simple click of a button.

The service works by turning up a random new Website belonging to a startup every time you click on the Staatup icon. You’ll see cool new-born companies as well as established startups which are trending on the Web.  If you have your own startup that you want to promote, you can submit a URL by using Staatup’s ‘Add Startup’ button, which will add your Site to the service’s database of startups.

The goal of Staatup is to help you with ideas if what you’re after is to create your own startup. It features a veritable treasure trove of the best up & coming companies to help inspire you in your quest to grow your own by finding cool tech startups. You’ll also get tools & tips that should lend a hand in this pursuit.

Staatup was launched on August 1 of this year from the tiny island republic of the Maldives as a public beta & currently provides this service for free. The startup was founded by Web marketer & SEO specialist Axmath A. Moosa, who came up with the idea to make it easy to directly browse through new startups in a single tab, instead of opening dozens of tabs on the browser. The 29 year old founder told Whats New On The Net:

Reading some information about a beautiful country and visiting that country are entirely 2 different experiences. Likewise, directly visiting those new Websites is livelier than reading about them from other blogs.

Axmath says he will be launching the mobile version of his startup discovery tool soon.
