Simplify Website development with Webflow’s new tool ‘Vireflow’ – #Startups

website development

Individuals with experience in developing Sites know how complicated it can get. First off they need to get a designer to design it for them. They then have to make sure that their vision for their Website is implemented in the design.

Once satisfied with the design the next step involves a programmer. He/she will be responsible for turning the concept into reality using code. Again this requires time, effort & money.

All in all, launching a Site would be much faster if all these processes could be done in one fell swoop. Vireflow is a subset of Webflow that seems to be responding to that need.

Notably, Webflow allows designers & developers to design as well as build & launch quality Websites from a single platform. Users do not need to write code but instead can manipulate Site features using floats, flexbox & more.

Vireflow, on the other hand, makes this process even simpler from design to launch. The platform uses what can be likened to a Photoshop dashboard. On the left side are options to add elements, select pages, & even a content management system tool. There is also a video tutorials link at the bottom left side of the dashboard. Users can use these as guides to help them grasp how to use the Vireflow platform.

Once an element has been selected on the canvas, the right side of the dashboard activates. There are various tools here that should allow editing of parts of a particular element. An example is text alignment between left, right, center alignment & a few other options. Additionally, the designer or programmer can edit fonts as well as font sizes. Also, the theme color for an element can be defined here.

Vireflow allows a preview of how the complete Site will look like on computers, Tablets & even mobile phones. Lastly, there is a button to publish the Website if the user is satisfied with their handiwork. Vireflow is only accessible to Webflow users, however, sign up to the platform is entirely free. Webflow does, however, offer some paid plans with extra benefits such as Site hosting.

Vireflow was made by Anton Balitsky, a freelance designer & a Polish resident.
