Office Mobile apps for Windows 10 have been launched

Everybody listen up – you may have been busy with all the developments around the official launch of Window 10, so here’s some more related information.

Microsoft has announced the availability of the Office Mobile apps on Windows 10. Customers can immediately download & install the apps from the new Windows Store in 190 countries, it said on its official blog.

Here’s what the post says: The Office Mobile apps—Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote—are built from the ground up for touch, offer the familiar experience that Office customers expect, and deliver the capabilities people need for on-the-go productivity on Windows 10 tablets and small screen devices. Across each of the apps, customers will appreciate full fidelity viewing of their Office documents, knowing edits and changes made on any device will render perfectly across all their devices. Tightly integrated with OneDrive, the Office Mobile apps are fully cloud connected, making it easy to access your documents from anywhere, pick up where you last left off, and co-author with others on documents and projects. Your docs are now automatically saved for you, ensuring you won’t lose a change and that others can see your edits as you work together. And there are new intelligent features, like Tell Me, that make it easier for you to do what you want in fewer steps.
