New app RakEM allows you to “unsend” messages

Raketu, developer of secure, private & encrypted communications application, recently announced the new RakEM, a mobile messaging app, that, among other features, has a “text regret” feature which allows the sender to “unsend” the message, in case he/she changes his/her mind.

The new RakEM app claims to bring the highest privacy for instant messaging, file/image/location sharing, voice & video calling.

RakEM uses server-less, device-to-device direct technology, which “completely eliminates the possibility of data storage or mining.” Combined with RakEM’s patent pending, self-mutating encryption algorithms, the new RakEM app claims to ensure the utmost privacy for data, as it is transferred from device-to-device directly, without the use of servers.

So far as ‘text regret’ or the incident of a user wishing that he/she had not send the text message to begin with, RakEM’s reciprocal message deletion allows users to do that easily, by simply deleting the unwanted message, removing it from both devices either one by one, or by conversation. For adults who are concerned about privacy & discretion, they can be assured of RakEM end-to-end encryption, said Raketu. As the claim made on its Website – You wrote it, you can delete it in your device, ad also in your friend’s device.

“Other messaging apps have promised security, but we’ve all read the stories about images and messages that have been unwittingly exposed,” said Greg Parker, President & CEO, Raketu. “With security breaches making headlines almost daily, people want assurance that their communications are private and protected. And that, should they have second thoughts about something they sent, they can delete with confidence from devices. Raketu’s technology makes this possible.”

For those of you who don’t know, Raketu Communications Inc. is developing cutting edge, device-to-device direct Internet protocol applications that provide communications services for consumers & for business across mobile devices, Tablets, desktops & laptops. It has users in 150 countries around the world.

The new RakEM app is available for free on Android & iOS.
