‘Momento’ smartphone app breathes life into your memories….. in a trendy way. Using the smart detection algorithm, this app can create, edit & share GIFs from the device photos.
This new smartphone app allows you to power up the GIF with cool filters, stickers, suitable speeds, texts, special effects, & more. With a single touch, users can share them directly with friends & family in iMessage, Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, Instagram + more. The basic version of this App is free, & there’s a Pro version, too.
In modern days of gadgets, we take a lot of photos every day. But we hardly get enough time to take a look at them in our busy schedules. Here comes the momento, it makes the photos into Gif by itself while the user doesn’t need to put any other effort as such. In this way, it creates a dynamic collection of special moments to share. Just a tap & all Gifs are available for sharing. All the GIFs are smartly organized into multiple sections like Favorites, Selfies, Bursts, & then an “All” group at the bottom.
Momento is an iOS app which requires iOS version 10.0 or later. It is compatible with all of your Apple devices: iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Version & Features
Momento was launched on December 15, 2016. Also, a new version 3.1 with more features has come into the market on January 12, 2017. The new version gives you the option of manually creating moments from your phone library & also now you can hide undesired moments from your main screen.
The app is available in multiple languages: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, & Turkish.
About the Developer
Genady Okrain, a San Francisco Bay area, US-based electrical engineer cum photographer, has developed this app. Earlier, he worked in Sugar So Studio – Apps, & he has now developed few other apps like BART – Schedule and Planner, Caltrain – Real-time Schedule and Planner & Parties for WWDC as an independent developer at iOS platform.
