App ‘Sarahah’ by Saudi Arabian programmer becomes global craze

The Sarahah mobile & desktop app was developed by Zain al-Abidib Tawfiq from Saudi Arabia in 2016. Within a year’s time, it’s on top of the charts. So what’s it all about? This app was created with the intention to receive honest feedback from people around you, but anonymously. That’s right. In fact, Sarahah in Arabic means ‘honesty’. The app is available in English as well as Arabic for iOS & Android users. This app can be used through its Website and also through its mobile app. The Google Play Store description reads, “Sarahah helps people self-develop by receiving constructive anonymous feedback.” Sarahah was on top of Apple App Store in over 30 countries in July.
