Meet ‘NextOS’, an AI powered business communication tool

To call it, as Wikipedia describes the company, a voice over Internet protocol company, would be doing some injustice to ‘Nextiva’. Recently, Nextiva’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) offering was launched (the cause of this write-up).

In early May this year, the company had announced the launch of its next platform, NextOS, which it claimed was a paradigm shift in business communication. This software basically runs Nextiva Service CRM, Nextiva Chat, & Nextiva Surveys.

NextOS is a 360 degree communication tool for internal & external communications. The company claims it’s able to manage all users, features, billing, internal & external communications, customer data, business trends, analytics, to just name a few.

So we decided to take a closer look at this US based company, & the services its been offering.

Products on the Nextiva roster are:

  • Nexvita ServiceCRM – This helps a company to manage any interactions it might have with current & potential customers. This tool offers some rather interesting features. Agents don’t even have to read a message in order to know whether it’s a positive or a negative one. The software just picks that up through sentiment analysis making it easier to prioritize & deal with. Service CRM also collects all the interactions a customer has had with the organization to give a rating of their overall experience.
  • Nextiva Surveys – With this product a company can create & disburse custom surveys to their customers & employees. It can be used to determine customer levels of satisfaction, for market research as well as to plan exquisite events for employees & clients alike.
  • Nextiva Analytics – This particular tool presents an analysis of historical company data on a single dashboard. Consequently, the user can view how the whole company is faring or how particular individuals therein are performing. An interesting feature is that with enough data it can start to predict performance in the future using various indicators. Also, it is possible to display customized wallboards, therefore, allowing people in the office to recognize & react to issues in a timely manner.
  • Nextiva Live Chat – Nextiva also have this standalone product since a lot of customers now prefer this mode of communication over others.

Most of the above products have various paid subscription plans available to them. They can also integrate to make a whole system that works better for each organization.
