‘Helpmonks’ is the intelligent, affordable collaborative email management platform

The recently released version 2 of Helpmonks is an email-based collaboration platform that is also a powerful sales & support tool. The new version adds integration with popular platforms like LiveChat & Trello. It has customer satisfaction ratings support as well as the ability to do custom integrations with your app through its powerful API.

One of Livemonk’s most interesting aspects is its intelligent email management feature, which will keep relevant information within the email, where you most need it until you’re ready to reply. This way there’s no need for creating countless forwards of the same email message. You can create notes that are only visible to you or team members & your customer will never see them.

Email messages can be assigned to members of your team that you’re sure are going to reply, so that someone is always accountable for responses to your customers’ email inquiries. Any team member can join in and collaborate on any email & see it’s easy to see how many emails you’ve got assigned to you or anyone on the team.

You can also create workflows that will label emails, assign incoming emails to particular team members, & provide automatic responses. The workflows can notify you of unanswered email messages & set reminders.

Conversation history can be archived & retained indefinitely so that you can search through all your customer interactions in a central location. Other interesting features of the platform are: CRM capabilities (being introduced now), automated email marketing campaigns, email tracking & collision detection.

Helpmonks has a variety of hosting/Cloud solutions or you can host your own own instance on your premises. Helpmonks works with any email service provider like Google Apps or Microsoft Office 365, or even if you have your own or a 3rd party email server.
