Google+ splits into Photos & Streams

A few days ago, in an interview to Forbes, Google’s Senior Vice President, Products, Sundar Pichai had let on that they were planning to split Google+, the social network belonging to Google. Today came the announcement that Product Vice President Bradley Horowitz had taken over as head of Google+. But that was not the only development. The appointment & the split could be yet another strategy by Google to get on with Google+.
